Referring clinicians
WellifyCare welcomes referrals from primary care physicians and other clinicians for obesity medicine and focused cardiometabolic care. Patients maintain their existing physician relationships. When appropriate and with applicable authorization, WellifyCare communicates relevant evaluation and treatment information with referring and treating clinicians.
